A SECTION of the Oxley Highway will be closed to traffic next week when the Roads and Traffic Authority installs girders for the new cross-over bridge.
An RTA spokesman said the highway near Phillip Charley Dr would be closed from Tuesday until Saturday between 7am and 6pm.
The cross-over bridge is part of the upgrade to the Oxley Hwy between Wrights Rd and the Pacific Hwy.
Motorists are advised to use the Hastings River Dr diversion during the works.
The RTA said it apologised for any inconvenience caused by the necessary work.
